00:00:00.001 --> 00:00:05.152
Give me an example of how
you manage multiple projects.

00:00:05.187 --> 00:00:07.109
Have you ever been fired?

00:00:07.144 --> 00:00:09.734
If so, what led up
to the firing?

00:00:09.769 --> 00:00:12.083
Can you give me an example
of a project you failed at

00:00:12.118 --> 00:00:14.693
and how you handled it?

00:00:14.728 --> 00:00:17.266
What areas of improvement
were pointed out to you

00:00:17.301 --> 00:00:20.528
during your most recent
performance appraisal?

00:00:20.563 --> 00:00:22.962
All of us have some pluses
and minuses in our

00:00:22.997 --> 00:00:26.086
performance; what are
some of yours?

00:00:26.121 --> 00:00:28.574
Describe for me the
appraisal system used by

00:00:28.609 --> 00:00:30.324
your last company.

00:00:30.359 --> 00:00:32.373
Tell me how you were
evaluated during your

00:00:32.408 --> 00:00:34.415
last two evaluations.

00:00:34.450 --> 00:00:36.322
In your last position,
what were your three

00:00:36.357 --> 00:00:38.560
biggest disappointments?

00:00:38.595 --> 00:00:41.013
Describe the kinds of
tasks you do best and

00:00:41.048 --> 00:00:43.140
enjoy the most.

00:00:43.175 --> 00:00:45.609
In your last position,
what were your three

00:00:45.644 --> 00:00:46.891
biggest accomplishments?
