WEBVTT

00:01:08.827 --> 00:01:10.741
I am a good team member.

00:01:10.776 --> 00:01:13.186
Sometimes this means leading the team, other times it

00:01:13.221 --> 00:01:15.564
means supporting a team towards its goals.

00:01:15.599 --> 00:01:17.881
Depending on my experience in a certain area, I will vary

00:01:17.916 --> 00:01:19.511
the roles I take.

00:01:19.546 --> 00:01:21.408
What counts is that the project gets done

00:01:21.443 --> 00:01:23.784
successfully - not that I am the one to take the glory for

00:01:23.819 --> 00:01:25.183
being the leader.

00:01:25.218 --> 00:01:27.508
If there is a more competent person to be the leader, I am

00:01:27.543 --> 00:01:30.391
satisfied simply by working as a team member and helping

00:01:30.426 --> 00:01:32.879
the team reach its goals.
