00:04:09.508 --> 00:04:12.638
I usually have a proactive approach, though I am good at

00:04:12.673 --> 00:04:16.136
reacting when truly unexpected situations arise.

00:04:16.171 --> 00:04:19.318
For example, two years ago I worked for a local

00:04:19.353 --> 00:04:21.043
manufacturing company.

00:04:21.078 --> 00:04:23.821
Because of a bizarre series of events, there was a fire

00:04:23.856 --> 00:04:25.794
near one of the machines.

00:04:25.829 --> 00:04:28.108
All of the employees in the area knew what to do if a

00:04:28.143 --> 00:04:31.625
fire occurred because we held biweekly safety meetings to

00:04:31.660 --> 00:04:33.856
help head off such a contingency.

00:04:33.891 --> 00:04:37.765
We escaped with no injuries and only minor damage.
