00:01:03.989 --> 00:01:06.657
When a company I used to work for changed locations, I

00:01:06.692 --> 00:01:09.617
found myself with a one-hour commute instead of the twenty

00:01:09.652 --> 00:01:11.342
minutes I was used to.

00:01:11.377 --> 00:01:14.390
I suggested to my boss that I arrive at work two hours

00:01:14.425 --> 00:01:17.428
early, and leave two hours early, each day.

00:01:17.463 --> 00:01:20.310
By doing this, I avoided the traffic, my disposition

00:01:20.345 --> 00:01:23.115
improved dramatically, and I became a much more

00:01:23.150 --> 00:01:25.072
productive employee.
