Before I graduated in May, I was assigned a final team project for Management. My team of five elected me team leader because of my eye for detail and ability to keep others focused on their tasks.]]> Tell me about a time when you had to work in a team?

The final senior project required my team to develop and administer a survey to determine what skills and education commercial kitchens look for in new HRM graduates.]]> Tell me about a time when you had to work in a team?

As the team leader, I organized the task assignments and coordinated the final compilation and administration of the study. I also completed my individual portion of the assignments.]]> Tell me about a time when you had to work in a team?

In the end I personally administered one third of the surveys. The team administered more than 50 in all. We were complimented by the hiring managers on the thoroughness of the survey and the project received top marks.]]>
