00:00:00.001 --> 00:00:02.531
I am a member of the
International Listening

00:00:02.566 --> 00:00:07.027
Association and the Society
for Training and Development.

00:00:07.062 --> 00:00:09.960
I have worked for male and
female supervisors, and I

00:00:09.995 --> 00:00:12.765
have no particular preference
one way or the other.

00:00:12.800 --> 00:00:14.653
Gender is not important.

00:00:14.688 --> 00:00:17.808
My family fully supports
my career decisions.
