00:03:48.649 --> 00:03:51.369
Though I work well in all situations, I work especially

00:03:51.404 --> 00:03:53.076
well when I'm under pressure.

00:03:53.111 --> 00:03:54.843
I like having deadlines.

00:03:54.878 --> 00:03:57.502
For example, when I was in college, I earned my best

00:03:57.537 --> 00:03:59.895
grades during the times that I was working a part-time

00:03:59.930 --> 00:04:02.478
job and taking a full-load of classes.

00:04:02.513 --> 00:04:04.854
I would set internal deadlines for myself in any

00:04:04.889 --> 00:04:06.492
project I was undertaking.

00:04:06.527 --> 00:04:08.953
The projects were much easier to manage when I would break

00:04:08.988 --> 00:04:12.119
them into segments - each segment with its own deadline.

00:04:12.154 --> 00:04:14.800
I continued this process of making internal deadlines

00:04:14.835 --> 00:04:17.315
when I left college and began my career, and I still do

00:04:17.350 --> 00:04:18.731
so today.
