00:00:29.139 --> 00:00:31.113
Yes, I am a good team member.

00:00:31.148 --> 00:00:34.133
There is an old adage that two heads are better than one, and

00:00:34.168 --> 00:00:36.519
sometimes five heads are better than two.

00:00:36.554 --> 00:00:38.785
Last year, I was a member of a community group that was

00:00:38.820 --> 00:00:40.846
trying to raise money for new playground equipment

00:00:40.881 --> 00:00:41.902
in the park.

00:00:41.937 --> 00:00:43.901
The team that I joined was responsible for selecting

00:00:43.936 --> 00:00:45.231
the equipment.

00:00:45.266 --> 00:00:47.857
Rather than having all adults on the team, we included some

00:00:47.892 --> 00:00:50.530
of the children who would be enjoying the equipment.

00:00:50.565 --> 00:00:52.902
The children really helped us make the decisions about

00:00:52.937 --> 00:00:53.999
what to buy.

00:00:54.034 --> 00:00:55.999
Now that the playground is completed, it is one of the

00:00:56.034 --> 00:00:58.751
cleanest and friendliest in the area.
