00:01:51.773 --> 00:01:54.732
I've had the opportunity to work with many excellent

00:01:54.767 --> 00:01:57.358
supervisors, but my favorite would have to be the first

00:01:57.393 --> 00:01:59.854
one I had right out of college.

00:01:59.889 --> 00:02:02.257
He knew that I was still "green," but he allowed me

00:02:02.292 --> 00:02:04.233
to make my own decisions.

00:02:04.268 --> 00:02:06.676
I would frequently come to him for advice.

00:02:06.711 --> 00:02:08.873
He would always ask me what I thought I should do in

00:02:08.908 --> 00:02:10.314
the situation.

00:02:10.349 --> 00:02:12.873
He knew that I had a good head on my shoulders, but

00:02:12.908 --> 00:02:15.541
most of all, he trusted me and empowered me to make

00:02:15.576 --> 00:02:18.457
my own decisions.
